We are hiring a Customer Service & Admin Officer for our garage. The role also includes sales advisor responsibilities such as promoting services and handling customer inquiries.
Main Duties:
Welcoming and assisting customers
Preparing quotations and price lists
Managing inventory and spare parts records
Promoting garage services and handling sales inquiries
Coordinating with workshop team on job status
General office administration
Requirements:
must have experience in garage field
Strong communication & customer service skills
Knowledge of inventory / admin work
Minimum 8 years experience
Organized and reliable personality
