  • As an English Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Youll also collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex cases when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Skills:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools is a plus.
