Job Summary: Looking for Customer Sales Support Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details
Settle client issues in a timely and appropriate manner
Meet agreed sales targets as required
Generate monthly progress reports
Create and maintain customer relationships through providing excellent services
Respond to general inquiries and offer technical assistance to the customers
Recover information from the systems
Develop promotional materials
Monitor team\'s progress, establish shortcomings and propose improvements
Come up with action plans for sales leads and prospects
Create leads for possible sales and monitor sales activities
Job Qualifications and Experience
Must be a graduate from a recognized university
At least two or more years of experience in the same role required
Must have strong computer knowledge
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle difficult clients
Should have good typing skills
