Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
personal loan products
from leading UAE banks
Source new clients through fieldwork, referrals, and personal networks
Identify customer needs and provide the most suitable financial solutions
Ensure all documentation and applications are correctly submitted
Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up for repeat business
Stay updated on bank policies, compliance, and market trends
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
in
personal loan or financial sales
(Mandatory)
Strong understanding of UAE banking products and loan procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Must currently reside in the
UAE
Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus
Experience with CRM tools is a bonus
