Customer Relations Executive
to join our team in the
automotive sector.
The ideal candidate will manage high-volume customer interactions, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams. This role requires fluency in
English and Arabic
, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (English & Arabic Speaking)
Location: Barwa Commercial Avenue, Doha, Qatar
Compensation: QAR 3,500 per month (All-Inclusive)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Outreach
Handle
150-200+ outgoing and incoming calls daily
, ensuring professional communication with customers.
Conduct follow-ups and gather required customer information as per CRM procedures.
Maintain excellent customer service and ensure queries are addressed promptly.
Customer Data Management
Update and maintain accurate customer profiles in
Keyloop CRM and Excel
.
Achieve daily targets of
210+ profile updates
, ensuring all data is complete and correct.
Identify and correct incomplete, outdated, or duplicate entries in the system.
Organize, filter, and create files efficiently to support CRM operations.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain clear and organized records of all customer interactions and data updates.
Support management reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Follow CRM best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
What We're Looking For
Willingness and capability to manage
high call volumes (150-200+ daily)
.
Strong technical skills, including typing, reading, information processing, and working with CRM platforms like
Keyloop
.
Proficiency in
Excel
for filtering, sorting, creating, and organizing data.
High accuracy and attention to detail when updating customer information.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM tools or processes.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years' experience in customer relations, with strong CRM and call center background
Previous experience in customer service, CRM, call center roles preferred
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Keyloop CRM and Excel
,
including the ability to filter documents, create new files, and organize data efficiently and accurately.
Automotive industry experience is a plus
Proficient in CRM tools and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Must be currently based in Qatar with a
valid QID
and
available to join immediately
Should be able to provide secondment from current sponsor
