Job Summary:
We are hiring a
Customer Relations Executive
for the automotive trade sector. Candidates must have a
strong background in using CRM software within a call center environment
and be
fluent in Arabic and English
. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and analyze customer data for improved service delivery.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Support customer engagement initiatives such as promotions, events, and feedback activities to strengthen relationships.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
Monitor and analyze customer service KPIs, implementing strategies to meet and exceed performance targets.
Contribute to team development by staying updated on industry best practices and assisting in onboarding and training new staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2-3 years' experience in customer relations,
with strong CRM and call center background
Automotive industry experience is a plus
Fluent in
Arabic and English
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM tools and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused, professional, and team-oriented with strong integrity and accountability
