Warmly welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional shopping experience. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized and exceptional service. Guide customers in choosing jewellery by sharing detailed product knowledge, highlighting features and benefits, and offering suggestions based on their style and preferences. Use CRM tools to record customer information, track purchase history, and understand buying preferences. Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction. Accurately process all sales transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments, while maintaining proper documentation. Ensure the store, showcases, and display areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Be familiar with company policies, warranty terms, and after-sales support procedures. Work closely with the sales team to achieve both individual and overall store sales goals. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control, restocking, and reordering as required. Participate in ongoing product and sales training programs to strengthen knowledge and performance. Stay informed about current market trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings. Support customers with jewellery fittings and adjustments, ensuring comfort and the perfect fit. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotions, new launches, and special events. Maintain thorough knowledge of the store's jewellery collections, including designs, materials, gemstones, and the latest fashion trends. Take part in regular team meetings, sharing ideas to enhance customer engagement and service quality. Work with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays and window presentations. Follow all company guidelines, including security protocols and ethical business standards.
