Fragrant World Perfumes Co. LLC is seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Order & Customer Relationship Executive

to manage daily orders, follow up with customers, and help generate repeat business. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end order flow, maintain customer communication, and support business growth by closing more sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Management

Process daily orders across all platforms. Verify stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/packing team. Create shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch through courier partners. Track shipments and update customers proactively. Resolve courier/delivery issues professionally.

2. Customer Communication & Relationship Building

Update customers about order status through WhatsApp, calls, and email. Follow up with customers after delivery for satisfaction and repeat sales. Maintain strong relations with regular customers. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Respond to inquiries, complaints, and return requests politely and efficiently.

3. Sales Growth & Business Development

Contact existing customers to promote new arrivals, offers, and bundle deals. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales. Manage abandoned carts, quotation requests, and special order prospects. Drive monthly revenue growth by increasing repeat orders.

4. Coordination & Admin Tasks

Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and management teams. Maintain accurate customer notes, order details, and internal updates. Follow all company SOPs for processes and communication.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce order processing or customer service (preferred). Strong communication skills via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Ability to close sales and follow up professionally. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Trendyol, Noon is a plus. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is beneficial.
