Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell asset and liability products to existing and new customers
• Process account openings, loan applications, NBAD Online requests, and related services
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and support mobile/online banking onboarding
• Generate referrals for premium programs such as Elite and Elite Gold
• Meet individual monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments
• Participate in daily team sales huddles and report progress
• Promote migration to digital channels to reduce branch traffic and enhance efficiency
• Deliver exceptional service in line with FAB's Net Promoter Score (NPS) objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal training and performance expectations

Candidate Requirements

• High school graduate (minimum); further education preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Familiar with online/mobile banking and ATM/CDM usage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
