Customer Relationship Executive
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a memorable shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, maintaining contact for repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving individual and team goals
Maintain the appearance of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and new product launches
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
