Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Executive
to support and manage existing client accounts. The role focuses onclient communication, retention, renewals, upselling, and account support
, working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Support client onboarding and ongoing account communication Assist with
client retention and contract renewals
Identify and supportupsell and cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services Share performance updates and handle client queries Track client feedback, renewal dates, and action items Ensure smooth day-to-day client relationship managementRequired Skills & Experience
1-3 years experience in
client servicing, customer relations, or account support
Experience in adigital marketing agency
is an advantage Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) Organized, proactive, and client-focused attitudeWhat We Offer
