This position is based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Your Responsibilities

Determine adequate pricing and lead times based on customer requirements using structured process by the company and coordinating with technical support. Submit proposals for aftermarket spare parts and equipment services.

Review and process all incoming aftermarket Services activities, including but not limited to, collaborating with the different service execution centers, engineering team and other relevant departments globally within FLSmidth group, using ERP system (Oracle, IBuy etc.) monitoring and creating engineers\xe2\x80\x99 activities to ensure orders are executed accurately and efficiently, managing progress of execution, during and after the jobs to ensure it is within the budget.

Process sales order and/or revisions, while exploring alternative options and work with appropriate expediting teams in the effort to reduce delays. Develop strategies and refine processes, when needed, to circumvent delays.

Collaborate with Logistics department/companies to obtain freight quotes, book shipment etc. related to creating proposals and/or executing jobs.

Utilize ERP system to create Service Jobs proposals and book orders.

Collaborate with Business Analytics and Sales to determine appropriate pricing levels.

Communicates with clients via phone, email, fax, video/audio conferencing or client portal.

What Your Bring

Degree in Business or related studies, engineering is a plus but not required.

3 to 4 years of related experience.

Strong interpersonal skills

This is an individual contributor role hence we need you to be aTeam Player, Independent, can work with minimum supervision, agile.

Strong command in English language, both in writing and speaking and Native Arabic speaking.
