Serve as the main liaison between clients and the catering team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage projects and event planning and execution, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and service teams to coordinate event and project details.
Track client interactions and feedback to improve service offerings.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
Provide regular reports on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications / Requirements
Nationality : Emirati
Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or hospitality, preferably in catering or events.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
