Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Job Summary:



We are looking for a dedicated and personable

Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service at every stage--from showroom visits to after-sales support.

Preference will be given to female candidates who are fluent in Arabic.



Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist customers at the showroom or service center in a professional manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding appointments, service follow-ups, and customer inquiries. Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle servicing, and customer appointments. Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM or dealership management systems. Address customer concerns, complaints, or requests, and ensure timely resolution. Collect feedback and conduct follow-up calls post-sales or post-service. Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Assist in managing customer loyalty programs or satisfaction surveys. Ensure front desk/reception area is well-maintained and welcoming. Support marketing or promotional campaigns when needed (calls, reminders, etc.).

Job Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.

Language:

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools or dealership systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Female candidates fluent in Arabic Experience in automotive dealerships or service centers Comfortable handling high-volume customer interactions
