Our client is a leading Real Estate Industry. They are now looking for a Customer Intelligence CRM Email Analyst to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact in handling and resolving customer inquiries related to the CRM process.
  • Evaluate the problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions as per process.
  • Identify issues and escalate them appropriately, ensure a timely response, and follow-up within a specified timeline.
  • Support the customers via call or email and verify information as per the correct process.
  • Work effectively within the team and contribute to a healthy team-oriented environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
