Summary

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labor as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. support forecasting, operation, and Logistics activities.
  • Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaints (issue). Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
  • Own region repairs escalations/ pacing processes if needed.
  • Drive all regional KPIs- fulfilment metrics.
  • Built and maintain strong relationship with all regional P&L, be a part of regional operating and communication rhythms.
  • Partner with SI&OP and commercial teams to validate outage and transactional repair forecast inputs.
  • Supporting all shop in the repairs value stream, by building backlog and level loading etc.
  • Work with cross functional teams within and outside the region and take immediate actions to resolve challenges which will impact delivery cycle
  • Voice of customer for regional escalations.
  • Manage regional short cycle orders, reduce processing cycles, and keep backlog to a minimum.
  • Lead lean & systems integration, standardization & simplification, ensuring consistency and alignment to region and global directives.
  • Set a strategy for customers’ fulfilment metrics, constantly communicate fulfilment results and initiatives for regions’ supported customer base.
  • Further tasks not involved in this that the immediate leader/manager assigns with verbally or in writing.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university,
  • Prior work experience within the Energy industry,
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Project Management,
  • Fluency in English.
Desired Characteristics
  • Strong leadership and repair/commercial/planning background.
  • Experience in Repair Shop Management/Planning/Operation is a plus
  • Arabic language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex business issues working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others across a matrix organization structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
