Our client a multinational company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for their Experience Centre.
The role of a customer experience (CX) specialist is to ensure a buyer-centric approach, how & what customers are looking for in a product, how to deliver the experience & selling points to deliver a smooth, unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the buyer journey. Role Summary: Manage the Experience Center in HQ, along with the affiliate project executions, help the distributors & Dealers to update their showrooms & plan for new! Duties & Responsibilities HQ Exp Center
Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for customers
Properly maintain and update displays, POP\'s & Branding
Maintain appearance & freshness of all displays
Conduct regular meetings & induction programs
Oversee operations, including day to day maintenance, visitor management, promoting & driving traffic.
Maintain current knowledge of sales trends
Lead customer demonstrations & tours - Complete Visitor Management
o Pre-visit plan, visit & tour, feedback, post visit ROI, follow ups, etc.
Coordinate with other managers/SBU to ensure smooth functioning or presentations
Develop new business leads to the business.
Studying the features of all products to reflect in branding, experience zones, engagement activities with customers to attract attention
Rollout the model to affiliates & regions - lead the project with the local team in charge
Oversee operations in existing facilities: visitor summary, upgrades, etc.
Channel Sales Showrooms & Brand Shops
Oversee & plan customer showrooms in key regions.
o Direct management on UAE shops & showrooms o Indirect + supervision of distributor showrooms abroad.
Ability to help in layout, branding, product displays, sales tools, and customer experience at each shop.
Ensure consisting brand VI across all shops, footfall & regular reporting on visitors & ROI
Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree,
EN/AR speaker, FR is a plus!
5+ years\' experience in a showroom management role, retail & Dealer shops/display development, customer shop journey\xe2\x80\xa6
Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Other Requirements:
Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally at a similar role
Extensive experience in Tech products, VR, AR\xe2\x80\xa6.
Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
Capacity to convince clients to make purchases.
Training and mentoring skills.
Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
