This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can engage directly with customers, collect and act on feedback, and occasionally travel to different locations to visit clients as part of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Customer Feedback Collection and Analysis
Gather feedback from customers through surveys, calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Systematically document and analyze customer insights to identify trends and improvement areas.
Customer Follow-Up and Support
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our Smart POS solutions.
Provide after-sales support and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
Customer Visits
Conduct on-site visits in different emirates, or other locations to:
Understand customer needs and collect direct feedback.
Build strong relationships by offering personalized support and training on POS system features.
Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing customer feedback and recommendations for improvements.
Provide actionable insights to management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

Required least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field, preferably in the technology or retail sector.
Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology is a plus.
