Role Overview



We are seeking a

Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator

to join our Dubai office.
This role involves managing customer communication, coordinating sales and deliveries, supporting business meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with retail and consignment partners.
The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, tech-savvy, and able to represent Maison Etherique with professionalism and precision - both in writing and in person.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Communication & Sales



Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients (excellent written and spoken English required). Support customers with product information, quotations, and gifting requests. Manage relationships with consignment and wholesale partners (wellness centers, hotels, boutiques). Prepare invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain clear records.

Order & Delivery Coordination



Liaise with operations and

delivery team

to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. Track shipments, confirm delivery with customers, and resolve any issues promptly. Coordinate special or bulk orders and ensure seamless fulfillment.

Office, Brand & Business Support



Attend

in-person meetings

with clients, partners, or venues when required. Prepare

business proposals, presentations, and sales decks

as needed. Maintain organized databases of clients, sales, and follow-ups. Uphold Maison Etherique's tone and brand values in all communication. Support team initiatives such as brand collaborations, events, or activations.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).

Excellent command of English

- written and spoken (must).

Quick learner and tech-savvy

- able to use computer tools, AI, and online platforms to access and share product information. 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles. Skilled in preparing proposals, presentations, and professional documents. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM/e-commerce tools (Shopify preferred). Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills. Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
