This role involves managing customer communications, coordinating sales, marketing, and deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, tech-savvy, and able to represent the company with professionalism and precision -- both in writing and in person. Candidates currently available in Dubai will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Sales
Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and website).
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients (excellent written and spoken English required).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
Excellent command of English -- written and spoken.
Quick learner and tech-savvy, with the ability to use digital tools, AI, and online platforms to manage product information.
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM/e-commerce tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Minimum 1
year of experience
in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles.
