Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Experience & Product Manager to drive product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and profitability within Volkswagen Group Middle East in our Dubai Office.
Key Responsibilities
Product:

• Volume planning for the lifecycle of current models.
• Create and maintain supporting documents such as sales programs, product info, and retail price calculations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for product-related questions and presentations to internal (RSMs, trainers, marketing, PR) and external (dealers, press, agencies) stakeholders.
• Lifecycle management of current models (MY changes, price protection, optional equipment optimization, special editions) in close cooperation with internal/external stakeholders (feedback loops).
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of pricing in internal systems (together with controlling and Distribution/Planning Managers).
• Create and maintain pricing indices for all models under management, expand price indices, and maintain/improve dashboards and reports (MEAC Qlik).

Customer Experience Management:

• Work closely with dealers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a close to premium brand experience.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
• Develop and oversee customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and experience-driven marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication of product and customer experience strategies.
• Utilize data analytics to measure customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the overall impact of customer experience initiatives.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring feedback loops between end-users, dealers, and product teams to optimize future offerings.
• Implement and track brand-specific sales processes (CEM, MS, RSE).

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
For you to be successful for this role, you must possess below attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field
• 5-8 years minimum related experience in product management
• Advanced Excel and data management (Qlik) skills
• Experience in the automotive field
• High affinity to figures and systems
• Automotive industry experience (Preferable)
