You will lead the Customer Experience project, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant delivery. You will supervise all project elements, establish timelines, delegate tasks, track progress, and report to senior management.
Description Collaborate closely with hired consultants to guarantee project deliverables align with scope and budget.Coordinate with various departments to uphold quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations throughout the project.Possess expertise in diverse Customer Experience concepts such as customer journey mapping, voice of the customer, service design, process mapping, and CX analytics.Utilize limited experience and judgment effectively to strategize and achieve project goals.Demonstrate versatility by performing a wide range of tasks with creativity and a proactive approach.
Profile Must have 4 years + experience within CX Management Consultancy or relevant businessProject management experience within either consulting or real estate industryPrevious experience in mapping and designing customer journeysArabic speaking is a mustExperience in UI/UX is a strong preference however not essential
