Interact with customers, provide information in answer to inquiries about changes, shipping...Etc. and confer with them throughout production to keep them informed of status of job. . Monitor the Finished goods inventory. . Plan and Organize transport, loading and shipping to customers. . Ensure logistics performance in all customer deliveries. . Handle Customer special orders. . Adjust complaints concerning services. . Coordinate customers' service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service. . Monitor products changes: 0 obsolete. . Manage the Returnable packaging. . Drive and anticipate new customer/project introduction. . Keep Logistics KPI's on target.
