Customer Coordinator - face and voice of our studio.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Welcome and guide clients through their journey with us with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Keep the studio well-organized and the sessions running smoothly.
Manage bookings, payments, and client communication.
Support photographers and ensure a great client experience.
You'll thrive in this role if you
Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality/retail preferred).
Are a natural problem solver who LOVES helping people.
Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Have excellent communication skills in English.
Are a flexible team player (able to work on weekends/holidays).
