Job Description
- Role: Customer care - UAE National
- Client Industry: Private companey.
- Contract Duration: 24 Months
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Job type- Full-Time
- Working Days 5 days, 2 days off
- Working hours: Full time-8 hours which includes 1 hour break
- Start: 30 Days.
- Handle tenant and resident inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Update customer records and documentation accurately in the system.
- Support leasing activities by providing information and assisting with required processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
