Al Asayel, a leading PPE trading company, is seeking a
dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Care Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAP B1 experience is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of PPE products (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in English is essential.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
