Customer Care Representative (female)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling both Arabic and English-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both Arabic and English. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. Assist clients with bookings, service details, complaints, and follow-ups. Maintain customer records and update information in the system. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Take daily customer feedback for cleaning service bookings and record responses accurately. Provide a high standard of customer service to maintain and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Female candidate (preferred). Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the UAE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional, polite, and customer-oriented approach. Preferably unmarried.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
