Interacting with customers for obtaining repair estimate approvals
Communicating repair related updates and information
Addressing basic level queries of customers
Handling customer complaints and follow-up on resolutions
Coordinating with retail outlets for any service-related queries
Coordinating with internal team members to resolve issues efficiently
Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely fulfilment of service level agreements
Escalating of relevant issues to managers as needed
PROFILE
Arabic language proficiency is required - spoken and written
Relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Experience in a professional call center / BPO preferable
Experience in complaint handling
