Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries efficiently, resolve issues professionally, and maintain accurate customer records while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain and update customer records and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company policies and service standards at all times
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
