Customer Care Executive
to handle client communication and support in a children's photography studio.Responsibilities:
Answer WhatsApp messages and client inquiries Handle bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups Provide clear information about packages and services Coordinate with the studio team for session details Handle customer concerns professionally Ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Must speak
Arabic & English fluently
Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with WhatsApp Business is a plus Experience in photography or service industry is an advantageJob Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
