Creative & Customer Care Manager

Job Description

A leading F&B group in Dubai is looking for an experienced Creative & Customer Care Manager to drive the company's marketing, communications, branding, and customer engagement strategies. This role will oversee brand development, campaign execution, social media management, and customer care programs to enhance visibility and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
  • Lead content creation across digital platforms, including social media, website, and events.
  • Engage with customers via loyalty programs, influencer collaborations, and digital channels.
  • Oversee product launches, menu designs, packaging, and promotional material.
  • Manage customer care programs to strengthen client relationships and increase footfall.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Supervise and mentor the Creative & Customer Care team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure budget planning, financial forecasting, and ROI reporting for campaigns.
  • Stay updated with new marketing, social media, and F&B industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in Creative/Customer Care/Marketing Management, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in brand development, campaign execution, and customer engagement.
  • Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
