Property Shop Investment is looking for a
Customer Care Representative
to provide exceptional service to our clients and address their needs. If you have a passion for helping people, resolving inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service, we'd love to have you on our team!Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person Provide accurate information about the company's services and properties Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers with the booking process, service inquiries, and other related services Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients Track and report customer feedback for improvement
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per company hiring policy) Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
