We are Hiring for CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE (

Experience : Minimum 2 years (Dubai custom E-Mirsal 2 )

Location: NAIF,DEIRA,DUBAI

1) Customs clearance - preparing all kinds of declarations free zone transit in and out, local import and export, statistical import and export, Free zone internal and external movements, import for re-export movements as well as ship shore ship clearance on the Dubai trade online portal.

2) Daily clearance report on daily basis with customer name, declaration number, and job number. Maintaining Credit Card Usage reports and all expenses and receivable maintenance and reporting the same to management.

3) Claim submissions - doing claim submission by online

4) Monitoring DP & CDR accounts for Dubai customs clearance and DP world operations as well as petty cash maintenance.

5) Creating and renewing customers Mirsal 2 codes on request.

6) Applying HS codes request by Dubai trade portal. And all relevant customs approval Requests.

7) Follow up for clearance documents & archive for customs audit purpose. And also keeping track of deliveries with fleet Drivers and warehouse supervisors for smooth and timely deliveries. Following up with drivers and supervisor.

8) Knowledge about FZ inbound & outbound inventory control. And Zajel Document submission online.

9) Good knowledge about customs clearance procedures

10) Knowledge about exit entry submission

11) Have Good Knowledge on Dubai Muncipality applications & all relevant controlling Authority Applications by online platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
