Customer Service Executive (Fresher)

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Provide accurate information about our services Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly Maintain records of customer interactions Support the operations and sales team with coordination tasks Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email) Positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent Available to join immediately
