To develop curricula and set learning expectations for Health and Physical Education for P-12 school students as per the P-12
Policy and best practices and act as the liaison person for review and updating the curriculum.
Design and develop Health and Physical Education curriculum based on adequate research and consultation with P-12 school faculty, staff, and stakeholders;
Participate in the setting of goals and learning expectations /evaluation of Health and Physical Education subjects;
Coordinate the review/assessment of Health and Physical Education curriculum to ensure that course is meeting intended objectives and P-12 policy requirements;
Coordinate with Pedagogy and Learning Resources section to prepare instructional material for printing and develop outlines with the necessary basic detail to direct instruction;
Develop and maintain research database that may be utilized to develop and review Health and Physical Education curriculum
