Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team to achieve the overall sales targets across all branches.
Distribute daily leads fairly among sales executives and monitor individual performance.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement offers and promotions to drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate campaigns that enhance both the number and quality of leads.
Generate and submit daily sales reports to track performance and progress toward targets.
Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure the team consistently meets objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and other departments.
Proficiency in generating and analyzing daily sales reports.
