Position: Swimming Coach

We are passionate about delivering top-quality services, including sports coaching and development, complete ECA programs for schools, sports holiday camps, facility management, and supplying PE teachers. Our organization offers a comprehensive range of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs, led by a team of fully-qualified coaches, throughout the UAE and KSA. This role will be located in UAE, working within the most prestigious international schools to offer our services to students.

The Candidate

We are looking for a Full-time

Swimming Coach

to deliver PE lessons during curriculum time and in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

Job Responsibilities

To complete the necessary planning and preparation prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.

To provide positive, fun and safe coaching sessions.

Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of all children.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirement

A Sport related Degree / level 2 coaching qualification

Proven experience as Swimming coach

Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.

Experience working with students aged 3-16 years.

Level 2 swimming qualification

An enhanced CRB/DBS check.

Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.

First Aid qualified.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Driving Licence.

Proficient in MS Office.

Confident in coaching a range of different sports.

Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team

Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other members of staff

Ability to understand the learning process and training principles

Ability to motivate and assist children to develop new skills safely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
