Job Overview
As a Cross Border Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of international marketing campaigns to drive cross-border customer growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure brand consistency, develop localized content, and analyze campaign performance across markets. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple regions with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support cross-border initiatives
• Own full lifecycle of marketing campaigns across various regions
• Create, localize, and optimize content tailored to different international markets
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for optimization
• Manage promotional calendars and timelines for global rollouts
• Collaborate with global marketing and product teams to ensure messaging alignment
• Work backwards from customer behavior and feedback to enhance marketing performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools for performance tracking
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with campaign metrics
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Marketing or related discipline
• Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
• Understanding of Amazon Advertising Console or similar ad platforms
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
• International marketing experience and additional language proficiency
• Familiarity with Lean principles, DMAIC methodology, SQL, or MS Access
