Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, build, and test CRM solutions in Dynamics 365
Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and product owners to align CRM with business needs
Enhance development efficiency and streamline testing & release processes
Implement data integration solutions for seamless connectivity with ERP, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth CRM operations
Prepare technical documentation and manage risks effectively
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Services, Omni Channel, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web Apps, Service Bus
Knowledge of Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Power BI, and Common Data Services
Experience in implementing online (cloud) CRM solutions
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
One of the certifications from the following is required:
Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
