Oversee and manage CRM users, roles, policies, and system configurations, while handling operational requests to ensure smooth daily performance of business-critical systems. The role serves as the central point of contact for CRM operations, supporting business continuity and user productivity.
Responsibilities:
- User Management - Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; manage access rights.
- Roles and Policies Management - Define, assign, and maintain user roles, profiles, and security policies to align with business requirements.
- System Configuration - Configure and maintain CRM settings, workflows, and features to support business operations.
- BAU Operational Requests - Handle daily operational support requests, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with tech teams/vendors for resolution.
- Monitor CRM performance, ensure data integrity, and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
- Provide guidance to end users on CRM functionality and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Proven experience in CRM administration, operations, or system coordination (real estate industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of user/role management, policies, and system configurations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, workflow automation, and operational support processes.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with high attention to detail.
