Job Title: CRM Operations Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operations Analyst to manage and optimize our customer relationship management (CRM) systems. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless CRM processes, data integrity, and driving insights that support our sales, marketing, and client service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date customer information. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received via Instagram and emails promptly. Track and follow up with leads generated from various digital channels. Give clear and accurate instructions to the lead management and sales team to ensure smooth coordination. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and suggest improvements in engagement strategies. Coordinate with the sales and strategy teams to align CRM activities with business goals. After monitoring all CRM activities and system updates prepare and submit daily reports to the Sales Lead to support tracking, planning and decision-making. Monitor CRM KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and engagement efforts. Contribute to setting long-term goals by reporting on customer base health and overall CRM performance. Identify gaps and recommend improvements to CRM processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM operations or business analysis.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the visa consultancy or overseas education sector.
Understanding of lead generation and customer lifecycle processes.
Knowledge of automation tools and basic scripting (preferred).
