Job Description
This is a full-time in house role for a CRM Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships, ensuring the CRM system is used efficiently and creating and analyzing reports. Daily tasks will include updating and maintaining the CRM database, training staff on CRM best practices, and identifying new opportunities for CRM enhancements.
