Job Description

Manage our CRM system and the data within, evolving and implementing customer journeys and personalization roadmaps. Practice performance insights to improve campaign strategies, support the implementation of new tools band processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create and manage incredible customer experiences.

  • Play an active role in the formation of ongoing CRM strategies; as well as, the weekly/monthly/annual
  • departmental calendars that enable continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers' lifetime value.
  • Structure CRM activities with a view to maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact.
  • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new CRM campaign management tools inclusive of email service
  • provider integration, frontend integration, and CRM integration with the retail stores, internal IT department,
  • third-party eCommerce providers, and email service providers.
  • Manage direct communications with consumers and plays a leading role in deciding on the CRM platforms,
  • structures, and architecture in order to guarantee that consumer relations are carried out seamlessly across the business.
  • Create reports and strategic proposals that will be presented to the senior management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Public Relations.
  • At least 5 + years of experience in the sales/ Loyalty/ CRM/ Digital marketing field with 3 + years of experience in Retail CRM Marketing.
  • 3+ years of CRM experience with any of the leading CDP/CRM systems at an administrative level, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
  • Experience in working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions.
  • Demonstrated success with cost-efficient customer acquisition and development, building customer loyalty, and increasing customer spending.
  • Ability to build, manage and nurture a team independently.
  • Excellent software and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in set-ups and the development of corporate-level CRM programs and campaigns. Experience in Omnichannel retail is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
  • knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
