The CRM Manager will ensure that
every lead is tracked, followed up, and converted professionally

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management & Optimization
Manage and maintain the CRM system (setup, customization, workflows)
Ensure accurate data entry and lead classification
Create and manage pipelines for sales, leasing, and off-plan projects
Monitor lead lifecycle from inquiry to deal closure
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
Assign leads to sales agents automatically or manually
Track response times and follow-up performance
Set reminders, tasks, and escalation rules
Ensure no lead is missed or left unattended
Automation & Workflows
Build automated follow-up sequences (email, WhatsApp, SMS if applicable)
Automate lead scoring and status updates
Integrate CRM with marketing platforms, website forms, and ads
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, response time, and deal value
Provide insights to management for sales improvement
Team Coordination & Training
Train sales and admin teams on CRM usage
Enforce CRM discipline and best practices
Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related issues
Data Quality & Compliance
Ensure data accuracy and regular database cleaning
Maintain client confidentiality and data security
Standardize naming conventions and reporting formats
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a CRM Manager or CRM Administrator
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer journeys
Experience in
real estate CRM systems

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Ability to work with sales, marketing, and management teams
