Position at MRM Execute CRM campaigns (Email and SMS) for premium MCN clients across multiple
markets in the MENA region.
The task list includes the following.:
SKILL SETS

- Data cleansing- - HTML publishing
- - Campaign configuration
- - Campaign automation
- - A/B Testing (Content, Web Forms)
- - Campaign dispatch
- Experience in IBM Acoustic and Oracle Siebel will be a plus
- Analyse campaign brief and create execution plan
- Review Email/SMS campaign copy for correctness
- Knowledge of campaign tagging and tracking
- Perform reporting and analysis of campaigns
- Progressively apply learnings and feedback in ongoing campaigns
SKILL SETS
- Proven experience in executing complex CRM campaigns- - Working knowledge in marketing automation
- - Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent Communication skills especially written
- - Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a multi-functional team environment
- - Ability to perform under tight timelines
- - Self-starter and a quick learner who can adapt to situations
