We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Agent
to join our team. The role involves managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and supporting both the rental and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming and outgoing calls
for both the
Rental
and
Service
departments.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to messages on
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
pages.
Ensure timely
issue resolution
and
escalate
complex cases to the concerned departments when necessary.
Follow up
with clients to confirm their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Send
customer surveys
and generate reports on customer feedback and satisfaction trends.
Conduct
feedback analysis
to identify areas for service improvement.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
Proficiency in
MS Office
and CRM tools.
Social media handling experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business).
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred.
