Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In this role, you will ensure that the CRM effectively supports our real estate sales, marketing, and customer service efforts by maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and supporting user adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular data cleansing and updates. Customize and configure CRM fields, views, workflows, and automation rules based on business needs. Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and licenses. Develop dashboards and reports to track lead pipelines, customer engagement, and agent performance. Support onboarding and training of staff in CRM usage and best practices. Integrate CRM with other platforms (e.g., marketing automation tools, property databases, MLS). Identify and resolve system issues, liaising with vendors or technical support when needed. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey. Ensure CRM compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in CRM administration, preferably in a real estate or sales-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes. Excellent data management and analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
