We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
CRM Administrator
to join the team. The role is critical for maintaining accurate data, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting both management and agents with CRM-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage leads in the CRM system (assigning leads, tracking lead cycles).
Ensure timely follow-ups with agents and efficient lead handling.
Support agents with CRM-related queries.
Generate and deliver lead performance and status reports for the CEO.
Keep CRM data clean, updated, and accurately recorded.
Manage and control documents within the CRM (upload, track, store securely).
Coordinate with the AML team: collect and send deal-related documents, reply to AML queries.
Ensure all AML documentation is properly organized and up to date in the CRM.
Conduct quality control of calls and WhatsApp messages from brokers via the CRM.
Requirements
Previous experience as a CRM administrator or similar role.
Experience with real estate in Dubai.
Solid knowledge of CRM systems (Amo CRM, Salesforce, Bitrix 24).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
