To maintain records of all crew on board, on leave, and plan crew rotation as required.
To ensure all joining crews have a valid "Certificate of Competency" with all courses as per STCW convention for their rank, Passport, and all other necessary docs.
Is functionally responsible for the proper provision and development of Human Resources onboard the yachts managed by the company as per the international regulations and the company's ship's flag authority regulations.
Monitor and analyse Work and Rest Hours for crew
Booking Flight tickets after verifying the options
Communicate with manning agencies and conduct interviews.
