Credit Sales/Accountant Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Credit Sales

: Assist in processing and managing credit sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing Monitor customer credit limits, payment schedules, and account balances Address customer inquiries and provide necessary updates related to credit sales and payments Coordinate with the sales team for credit approval and sales order management Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts

Accounting Assistance

: Support accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices Reconcile financial statements, including bank statements and general ledgers Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings and reporting Prepare financial reports, statements, and other accounting documents as needed Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local financial regulations

Administrative Support

: Maintain and update customer accounts, credit records, and documentation Assist with audit preparation and provide required financial documents Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or credit sales (experience in Dubai or the UAE market is a plus)

Skills

: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and practices is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
